"Flowers wilt, chocolates get eaten, but
a good case of poison ivy? Now there's a gift she'll remember you
for!"
(anonymous male relic hunter)
_______________
When it comes to special occasions, there are two truths
concerning Civil War enthusiasts:
(1) A true buff wants nothing more for Christmas, their
birthday, or Bar mitzvah, than a good Civil War Related item.
(2) It's almost impossible for a non-enthusiast to buy for a
true Civil War buff.
...until now...
Now, we at Greybird hope to break new ground by offering
suggestions on what to buy that Civil War nut...er, BUFF, for those special
occasions. Here are some items designed to please most collectors, relic
hunters, and historians...and if not? Well, they can return the item in
thirty days for full credit (minus shipping) towards what they really want.
We also offer gift certificates...everybody likes those!

Extra Detector Depth!: If your metal detector
has a metal screw holding the coil to the rod, get rid of it! Now, quick,
before it falls off, replace it with one of these non-metal ones! Why?
Imagine hunting with a metal screw a half inch from the coil. Ridiculous?
Well, that's what it's like with a metal coil screw. You loose depth by
having to tune it out! With these, you'll gain 1 to 3" of depth. Butch has
used these for years and swears by them. We have two sizes which fit most
machines: Large is 1/4" x 1-1/2", and small is 3/16" x 1-1/2". Measure
the one you have now to make sure which you need, and order by size.
